Ken's diary - The macaroon and Ken Okada
Yesterday for the birthday of our assistant stylist Aurélie, I went to buy macaroons at Fauchon. I have always loved macaroons, they represent Parisian chic and French gastronomy. That's why at every event, I bring macaroons to celebrate.
For the inauguration of our new boutique built according to the Mod'Art concept, we also had the theme Asahi & Macarons La Durée. This illustrated the alliance of Japan and Paris in my mind and universe.
I love their flavor but also the palette of colors that reminds me of my shirts. This inspired me for the chic collection, whose colors can be identified with macaroons.
Knowing my passion for macaroons, Aurélie went to buy a box at Hugo & Victor for his departure.

You can also find this theme in the shirt Sophie Fleur which is dotted with various colored tasks. It is bright and inspires cheerfulness and brings a little sunshine in our Parisian summer. His inspiration comes from the flowers of Japan, Japanese spring. This is the illustration: Tokyo + Paris = Ken Okada.
