Terms and Conditions

1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products and services the company KEN OKADA PARIS whose head office is located at 1bis Rue de la Chaise 75007 PARIS N° Siret : 434 002 804 The present GTC govern exclusively the commercial relations with our Customers for sales on the website ken-okada.com.

Any order of products by the Customer implies his acceptance without reserve and his full and complete adherence to these GTC. The Customer declares and acknowledges having read these GTC and having read them.

The Customer acknowledges acceptance of these conditions either from the moment he validates his order either by the validation click of the electronic order form, or by sending it by mail to the address of KEN OKADA PARIS, or by e-mail. It is understood that persons considered legally incapable of contracting in the sense of articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, notably unemancipated minors, as well as adults under guardianship, must obtain the authorization of their legal representative prior to any order. KEN OKADA PARIS reserves the right to modify at any time the present GTC, subject to informing the buyer beforehand by any means with a one month notice.

Silence kept by the Customer during the month's notice shall be deemed acceptance of said modified provisions.

2 - PRODUCTS

The products governed by the present General Conditions are those which appear on the Website and which are indicated as sold and shipped by KEN OKADA PARIS. They are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions were noticed, KEN OKADA PARIS could not be held responsible.

Furthermore, the photographs of the products are not contractual.

3 - THE ORDER

ONLINE

You can place an order on our site by selecting the items of your choice, which you will then place in your "shopping cart".

You can access the summary menu of your cart at any time as long as the order is not definitively validated so as to correct possible input errors or item changes. Once the basket is validated, the Customer will have to accept the General Conditions, choose the address, and finally validate the payment method, this last step formalizing the sales contract between KEN OKADA PARIS and the Customer.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. KEN OKADA PARIS will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it is validated by sending an email.

In certain cases, notably non-payment, erroneous address or other problem on the Customer's account, KEN OKADA PARIS reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved. In case of unavailability of a Product despite a different information when placing your order, we commit ourselves to contact you by email or by phone.

Our products are available in very limited quantities.

RESERVATION

In-store reservation is possible with deposit.

The Customer has a period of one month to pay the totality of the Product and finalize his purchase. Beyond this period and in case of unclaimed reservation, Ken Okada Paris reserves the right to put the Product back on sale without any possibility of refund for the customer who made the reservation in store.

For the layaway of an item (not sold out only), Ken Okada requires the payment of a deposit of 20% of the item's value.

In the event of a withdrawal, Ken Okada reserves the right not to make a refund of the deposit.

4 - PRICES

The prices are indicated in Euro (€) all taxes included (TTC).

They take into account the French VAT in force on the day of the order.

The prices of the Products are exclusive of delivery charges.

The amount of the delivery charges will be specified on the order form before validation of the order. KEN OKADA PARIS reserves the right to carry out price promotions as well as sales on the legal dates imposed by the regulations in force in France.

5- DELIVERY

Delivery in France will be made by Colissimo. The delivery time is taken into account from the delivery of the package to the Post Office. The order will be delivered against signature. In the event that the Customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the order will then be held at the nearest post office and the Customer will be notified by a notice of passage. The Customer will then be able to pick up the order upon presentation of a valid ID. KEN OKADA PARIS is not responsible for delays in delivery in case of absence of the Customer at the delivery address. The notice of passage of the deliveryman or the Post Office, will act as the respect of the contract between KEN OKADA PARIS and the Customer, without the latter losing his rights of verification of the articles under 3 days and his right of withdrawal of 7 days, as soon as he will have taken possession of his order. The delay of service is not guaranteed during certain periods of strong activities, such as the periods of sales. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Check the contents of your order and its condition upon receipt.

You can contact us at +33 (0) 9 83 02 87 94 for any anomalies. For this you have a period of 3 working days to inform us, either by mail, or by e-mail, or by phone.

All our contact details are on the KEN OKADA PARIS website. In case of delivery in a store, the customer has 15 days to collect the order. After this period, the exchange of products can not be assured (especially during sales period).

Note: Regarding the delivery outside the European Union, taxes may be charged upon receipt of your package. These taxes, which depend on the country in force, remains at your charge. We cannot give you the exact amount.

6- IN SHOP

BACK

We do not practice refunds.

On the other hand if you were not satisfied with your purchase we offer you the possibility to come and exchange your item for another product, or bring it back to the store for a credit note valid for 1 month within 1 month from the date of purchase.

Ken Okada reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

SOLDES

Sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or credit in store.  During sale periods exchanges, trade-ins and use of credit notes are suspended

CADEAUX

When purchasing a gift in store specify it at the time of purchase. We will keep your data and the price at which you paid for the gift item. Following this, the recipient has one month* from the date of purchase to proceed with the exchange upon presentation of the name and information of the person who made the purchase.

This exchange is made under the condition of presentation of the remasteurized business card (or equivalent) which contains the following information:

- The date of purchase

- The name of the person who made the purchase

- The name of the product(s) offered

- The company stamp

SERVICE AT YOUR FIT:

To access this service the garments must have already been paid for by the purchaser. Depending on the amount of alterations Ken Okada reserves the right to ask for 50% of the payment in advance and the other 50% upon delivery of the items once finished.

Complex alterations................. on estimate

Clothes that have undergone alterations or modifications are neither returned nor exchanged. After notification by email, sms, or phone the person has one month to return to pick up their finished items.
